Privacy Choices & Data Management
Learn how to manage personal information associated with your SparkAI account. Requests involving personal data must be submitted while signed in to protect your account.
Sign in to SparkAI, then open Settings to make a request.
Access and correct your information
Use Settings to review and update your account profile, partners, and chat records.
Export personal data
Submit a “data export” request through Feedback in Settings and leave contact information. We process requests after verifying account ownership.
Delete your account and personal data
Submit a “delete account and personal data” request through Feedback in Settings. Data is handled under our Privacy Policy, except records that must be retained by law.
Do not include full chat histories, passwords, or payment passwords in feedback.
